New-fangled
Blogs have been around a long while now. Many people have no idea whence the word “blog” arose. Now they have to learn even newer things like how to tweet like a bird. That is, use Twitter. The point is that twitter.com is a place where one is limited to a 140 characters per post, so one must keep it brief and pithy. That’s a tweet, like a bird making a chirping sound. How does that relate to an old-fashioned word like “twitter-pated,” I cannot help but wonder.
